AGENCY REGULATIONS
AESIR Entertainment is a UK domiciled agency. Thus AESIR Entertainment is bound to abide by The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
On 17 December 2003, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (Regulations) were made.

The regulations govern the way that agencies work in the UK and require certain things to be set out in writing and agreed between music agency agents and people with whom they do business (artists/promoters /venues).
​
To carry out these duties we need to receive back from you a signed copy of our Standard Terms of Business.
The Standard Terms of Business cover those terms set out in the Regulations that we are required to provide you the Promoter/Venue/Hirer/Organizer with in order to comply with the relevant Regulations.
These Terms of Business do not contain the entire agreement between us but comprise the principal terms under which we conduct our business. If we agree any further terms, we will agree these in writing.

AESIR takes pride in ensuring our dealings are secure, transparent, legal and ethical.

As a UK domiciled company AESIR Entertainment's dealings are always in accordance with (including but not limited to) rules and guidelines laid out by HM Treasury, HMRC, Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), FInancial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Better Business Bureau. AESIR Entertainment's activities are also always observant of relevant statutory regulations and local council guidelines.
In all other territories where AESIR Entertainment operates we are bound to abide by local rules, laws, guidelines and regulations wherever observed.
HEALTH & SAFETY
AESIR activities are well regulated wherever we operate. Any event we help to book, organize or promote will always be observant of local and state and national health regulations. Ensuring that all talent and attendees will be responsible, safe and secure at all times at each event.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we will always strive to comply with the latest relevant data protection measures to ensure fairness, transparency, accuracy, security and respect for your rights with regard to any of your personal data which we collect and store.
